A thrilling time for all, Calamity Canyon brings the best of most worlds together in one trail. You will find steps, walls, waterfalls, boulders, off-camber, mud and loose dirt.All will test your 4x4 to the extreme. This road is a good starting point before attempting Die Trying. At the bottom of the canyon you will find anobstacle to the right that looks a lot like a water fall.This is an awesome challenge.After you reach the top stay to the right and it will bring you back down to the start of Calamity Canyon. By continuing straight you will embark on a 3 to 5 hour test of your skills.
Although full/med./small sized vehicles can make it through this trail, thelarger the vehicle the higher the chance for body damage. You will find several narrow passages that you must pass between large boulders. Fortunately, there are many opportunities for an easy exit on this trail.
Finally after making it over obstacles that looked impassible you come to the final obstacle. This obstacle will test your skills of stayingright-side-up. In most cases you will find yourself hooking up a winch in order to make it over this steep wall which is made up of loose dirt on each step.
