Visit historic Georgetown, Colorado’s first “silver queen.” The drive up a glacial gulch to Argentine Pass (about 13,200 feet) on the Continental Divide is exhilarating, as is the white-knuckler up McClellan Mountain. Watch for bighorn sheep.
